Privacy statement
Nyx is a static site that collects as little as possible. This explains what that means in practice, what we do with anything you send us, and how to reach us.
The short version
We set no cookies, run no analytics, and load nothing from third parties into your browser. The only personal data we hold is what you choose to send us, for example when you email us or ask for a pilot. We use it to reply and to run that conversation, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
- Information you send us directly. If you email hello@naxverse.ai or request a pilot or walkthrough, we receive your name, email address, your message, and any details you choose to include, such as your institution or current fraud stack.
- Basic technical data from hosting. Like any website, our hosting provider processes standard connection data, such as IP address and request information, to serve and secure the page. We do not combine it with marketing profiles.
What we do not do
- No cookies, no tracking pixels, no advertising or analytics scripts.
- Nothing is loaded from third-party domains into your browser.
- We do not build behavioral profiles of visitors, and we do not sell or rent personal data.
How we use what you send
We use the details you send to respond to you, to scope and run a pilot or walkthrough, and to keep a record of our correspondence. That is the entire purpose.
Pilot and product data
Nyx is designed to deploy inside your own environment. In a pilot, your transaction data stays in your perimeter and we do not bulk-extract it. How pilot data is handled is governed by the pilot agreement and the data-handling terms we share during due diligence, not by this website.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, for example our email and hosting providers, under terms that limit them to providing that service, and where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed for the conversation or relationship it relates to, and for any period the law requires, then delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to or restrict its use. To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond.
Applicable law
We aim to handle personal data in line with the data-protection laws that apply to you and to us, including the EU and UK GDPR, the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may also contact your local data-protection authority.
Changes
We may update this statement as the product and company evolve. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
